I don't see Chi Onwurah's name on that list of MPs. She rightly shows huge concern to the plight of zero contract workers in Sports Direct, Black Lives Matter and people badly affected by Covid19.
However she seems less concerned about the plight of women, gay people, journalists,Christians,Hindus,Shia Muslims, foreigners and anyone else without a beard in Saudi Arabia.
As a noted humanitarian and civil rights campaigner, you'd think she would be all over this

I know politicians in general are hypocrites but she takes it to a whole new level

That's exactly the hypocrisy of Mags.

When a slightly unlikable character like Ashley takes over as owner, they bring up everything related to his character including his dealings and practices within Sports Direct and other non-football/NUFC related matters.

As soon as you make a point about the human rights issues of the Arab bloke that's allegedly taking over (Far far far worse than anything Mike Ashley has done) 'It's got nothing to do with football that'

Mike Ashley had to even answer to a parliamentary select panel!

Still got my accent, nickname at footy down here was Geordie purely down to their lack of knowledge 😂 I’m a teacher in a secondary school and kids have asked if I’m Welsh, Scottish and evening Irish they don’t believe me when I say I’m English.
we need new owners before we will ever get out of this league. Not only are we skint but have a squad of players that need new contracts or replacing. On top of that the youth set up is the worst it’s been for a long time. Wish they’d give me a senior role there, I’d sort them out.
Yes we do need new owners with a much better business strategy and also the funds to back it up.

I saw a quote from a skunk the other day saying perhaps the PL and Saudis are waiting until June 9th to announce the takeover as that is the date in the Blaydon Races song. Said it's in "Geordie Folklaw" and would be the perfect time for millions of Geordies to celebrate. They genuinely believe in this crap. Can just imagine the meeting between the two parties at PL HQ. "Right Gents we will wait until June 9th as everyone of you know how close to the Geordie hearts this day is"

FFS man

What I don’t get is why anyone from the media hasn’t confronted her on her double standards.it is as if they are scared to mention it

I think she may recognise the great inroads he has made since becoming Prince. It’s easy to look at the negatives but let’s not forget the Stirling work he has done and continues to do.

Aye he’s doing a grand job bless him.
Record number of people executed in Saudi Arabia in 2019. Saudi Arabia executed184 people in 2019, a record for the Gulf State, according to a report from Amnesty International. 178 men and 6 women were killed in the oil-rich Kingdom. More than half of the executions were foreign nationals.21. Within this figure there was a mass execution of 37 people.

I hope @trlkershaw has thick skin. We should play Bingo in the responses: Arms deals (tick), Buying FB (tick), Man City (tick), If it was a Southern Club (tick), Not been convicted of any crimes (tick), Khassoghi family accepted apology (tick)....HOUSE!

What do the Saudis have to do with Man City?
They havent been convicted of crimes as their system allows what they do.
Aye, an apology is absolute fine for hacking someone's head off.

You do realise who you're defending here? Step away from your footballing allegiance and have a think.
