everybody knows this.
what point are you trying to make?
He is making the perfectly valid point that just because the WTO report doesn't mention the PIF specifically, the PIF are made up of exactly those involved to have been found guilty of piracy being facilliated by the Saudi State / Government, which resisted all attempts to shut it down.

The information you posted, what else would I be referring to?
Fine. You agree then that "there is no overlap between membership of the Public Investment Fund and the Saudi Arabian government"?

Other than the fact they promoted Saudis to watch illegal streams and refused to prosecute and take the streams down?

Aye nowt mate 😂
It's old news......nothing to do with the takeover....... does nobody think the PIF will have been through all this with their lawyers.?

which is why i said everybody knows this.
This is 2yr old news.
The premier league have known from day 1 that BeoutQ is based in Saudi.
They have known from day 1 that the saudis were not facilitating BeIn's access to it's legal system.
They have known from Day1 that Board members of PIF are members of the government and royal family.

I'm not saying the Premier League won't block the take over with piracy being reason, just saying there is nothing new in the WTO report, no revelations that we didn't know.

Yes, the report said that KSA failed to take action against the perpetrators of piracy. Not that the Saudi state or PIF were responsible For the piracy.

Are you dense? Why would PIF or NUFC be named in a WTO report regarding Saudi Arabia and Bein Sport piracy 😂😂😂

So many on twitter saying this

However official confirmation by the WTO, which the PL can use an excuse to block it, thereby passing the buck.

£17 million in Big Mikes back pocket and a sale to the American awaits.

Some interesting stuff coming out about the self-styled 'super lawyer' in her battle with Barclays over the past few days:

- Her 'multi billion' PCP company was essentially a two-man firm when they took over Man City
- They were working for Man City's previous owners, not Mansour. It was Staveley's first material deal
- Staveley considers Mansour a 'friend', but had to pay to get access to him. She said he would provide some kind of statement to support her, but hasn't.

She seems like a pretty dodgy woman tbh. Still would have her as owner 1000 times out of 1000 over Donald like

7 out of 9 PIF board members KSA Government Ministers. They are essentially one of the same.

A government that rejected 9 requests to block illegal streams, wants to buy a club whose main source of revenue is from the company that the purchaser has been stealing from. You couldn't make it up.

When Newcastle fans see Saudi they obviously see $ signs and I get that. Likewise all the journalists and hangers on who milk the Premier League teet will want to see this deal done. I know mags love to say, was this a southern club it would be done but likewise if this was anyone from other than the Middle East this deal would get laughed out of town.

No it’s you that’s dense, journo’s have been trying to use piracy to prevent the takeover, a few this morning, indeed a BBC reporter intimated that before taking down his tweet. This takeover is going ahead given the WTO report.
