I've kept an eye on the lad for a couple of seasons. He'll be a better signing for City than Luiz Dias has been for Liverpool. I'll hang my hat on that.Became the first player in River Plate's history to score six goal in one match last night.
Joining Man City in the summer. Under the radar because it's a small fee and Haaland grabbing all the headlines. But bloody hell, no the wonder Jesus wants to leave![]()
How many wingers do they want ffs?
Clubs like City and Chelsea are ruining the game buying everyone and then loaning them or binning them when it doesn’t work.
those excess players contribute millions of pounds of revnue-thats why they are there..Won't be that way at Chelsea for much longer. Clearlake Capital doesn't want excess baggage of players being on the club books and contributing nothing.

Havent they already got about 30 kids out on loan all over place?
Might be a bargain or two to pick up if what you're saying is right.

Clubs pay significant loan fees as wellNot whilst they're out on loan or sitting on their arses they don't until some club are willing to put their hand in their pocket for a transfer fee (us with Djilibodji for example). Look at Chelsea' transfer dealings over the last 10 years and see how much they've lost.
24 by the end of the season. Not just kids either. The likes of Clarke-Salter, Drinkwater, Batushayi, Rahman and Bakayoko leaching whilst contributing nowt are gone.

all those loan players generate millions in loan fees....and many are then sold on for millions of profit..Not whilst they're out on loan or sitting on their arses they don't until some club are willing to put their hand in their pocket for a transfer fee (us with Djilibodji for example). I remember them doing it with Kevin De Bruyne.
Probably get rid of Sterling and JesusHow many wingers do they want ffs?

as troy keane pointed out many years ago...loans come with fees..and they certainly do when its a premier legaue club loaning out an expensive player...chelsea have actually been making profits in recent years-the year prior to the pandemic abramavhich repaid himself 80 million...and they havent soent that much because they sold players...Some do. It's still nowhere near Chelsea recouping their outlay though.
Probably get rid of Sterling and Jesus
