To be fair what an opportunity for someone like sartori to get involved with a big football club like Sunderland.

We might be in league 1 but if things go well in 3 or 4 seasons we could be back in the premier league.

When you see how much clubs in the premier league are for sale for like the Mags 400 million and that's even before you start investing in the playing side.

Sartori and his family could easily be owning a Premier league club with an incredible training ground a 48000 stadium a fantastic fanbase and that only cost 40 million and with next to no debt

Spot on.

If all goes well that's what could well happen.

I was driving the van today listening to the podcast and, when stewart talked about this guy I punched the ceiling and shouted get f***ing in.

He mentioned how he sold Sunderland to Juan the man and his visit was a success and he's bought into Donald's vision for the club.

"Top twenty club in Europe " wtf

He said something jokingly about him finding the next abramovic ( his father in law) and challenging the top four in the premier league.

He's cock teasing us surely? Or, can it be happening to us?

It blew me away if I'm telling the truth :( COME ON LETS HAVE IT !!!!!!

With the right investment in our club we would need a bigger stadium. Thanks to Sir Bob the SOL can quite easily and cost effectively go to 65,000. Dont want to get ahead of ourselves as we are in Div 3 but Im sure Mr Satori would have noted that this week on his visit. He was going to build Oxford a new stadium...for a little investment he can have a 65,000 stadium!

Talk is cheap, time will tell if they are serious about Santori and his family planning to go for it big style with Sunderland in the future.

Of course time will tell but if Mr Satori and his family get involved this is literally a game changer.

I expect Juan's father in law will be paying a visit or two this season to witness the atmosphere of a fully operational SoL when we're gunning for promotion.....and it's sure to wet his appitite.

Best bit of the Podcast for me. Shame about Alvarez and the two Academy lads but at least we will be compensated for the latter.

Let’s just hope that Juan and his wife don’t split up in the next few years.

Also listened to Stewart Donald's podcast and everything sounds, very, very promising. Exciting times are back at SAFC, it's time to rise up again with a new foundation and burning ambition  the pieces are falling into place now for an absolute blast of a season! HA'WAY

He said that Sunderland could be a top 20 European club in the future. If we can sustain the club and enthuse him and his contacts, then it will be the right sort of benefit to the football club and he will want to compete at a higher level. If we can get his father in law onside and his other contacts, we will hope to compete with a Roman Abramovich or Sheikh Mansour.

Full on trouser tent arousing action!
