I’ve nivver minded auld Juan. It looks like he was born into the life I should’ve had.
I’ve posted on here dozens of times that I think he was as taken in by the twat twins as much as some on here were. He’s rich enough not to have to duck n dive the way one does and seems a lot sharper than the other who had everything on a plate from day one.

Juan just likes a day out and let’s be honest who doesn’t? I’m of the opinion that a struggling club on Europe’s extremities needs all the contacts it can get. Haway the Juan.

I think he assumed that two English fellers seemingly obsessed with football would be better placed than he to do the driving. One owned a national sports paper and the other owned a top semi pro club. I think we all expected a bit more nous from them. Juan even hoyed money at them. It’d be interesting to hear what he really thought of them.

There have been rumours that he was less than impressed with their performance while he was pre-occupied with Uruguayan politics. It's also no secret that he's known the Louis-Dreyfus family for a considerable period (their businesses operate in the same sector); far longer than the relationship with Donald. My own feeling is that he's firmly behind KLD, and his appointment to the board of SAFC (where he was not previously a director) reflects that.

..... and the guy attends our matches (home and away), he loves being involved with the club and meeting the fans and he celebrates when we score like a real supporter.
He has a substantial interest in the club both financially and emotionally and he is an integral part of our new ownership under KLD.

As for him buying in to Monaco and building closer links with Louis-Dreyfus family .... that should be something positive for Sunderland.

Some people on this thread/board have questionable motives and loyalties the way they continually want to unsettle and undermine the players, managers and directors.

he put millions in..£3m of the money they used to buy the club camr from him, out of the £12m they paid.
