f***ing get ower it some people rate him highly and some not so much it happens with loads of players but because its the local lad we need a million f***ing threads on the subject
 

The only thing that annoys me is the ridiculous comparisons.

People are saying they'd rather have Barton, he's a 28 year old probably at the peak of his career. The fact that its a close call is a credit to Henderson who has a lot more developing to do, he's nowhere near the finished article yet.

Not to mention the people who were twisting because he was outdone by Lampard of all people :lol:

Where did I say Lampard is past it?

I'd say most players are at their peak around the age 28-30/31, but obviously the top players such as Lampard, Giggs, Scholes etc can remain at their best for a lot longer.
