They'll be loads, Santo Carzola for example, he wanted to play for free for Oviedo. He wasn't allowed but played for minimum wage. I'm not having a go at Henderson but if a club offers more money, he'll go there.

If that was really the case he wouldn’t have left millions on the table in Saudi to come back to Ajax.

The bloke made a mistake going there, he’s not the 1st to make a career mistake I’m sure most on here at some point in there lives have done.

I’d say 75k is a pretty good benchmark for near the top end of our scale.

When you consider we paid cattermole 65k 10 years ago it’s really not that high either.

Aye I'm an uncover mag, it's taken someone of your intelligence to expose me. I've said he is highly motivated by money which is a fact, I'm not having a go at him.

Cattermole was nowhere near as good as Henderson and if we were paying him 65k a week somebody wants shooting.

He’s right to be fair, he’ll be offered much higher wages than we can afford. So for that reason I cannot see it happening.

Henderson went to Saudi purely for money, he then went to Ajax, rather than return to the UK to avoid a huge tax bill, and allegedly tried to manoeuvre a move from Ajax to Monaco where his income would be tax free.

If you're looking for an example of virtue signalling, how about the bloke who talked, posed for photos and wrote about his support for LGBTQ+ , then hoyed his principles for Saudi coin?

None of the above detracts from his ability as a footballer or his love for our team, of course.

It's football man not politics. I care not one jot what Lineker, Hendo or any footballer thinks about anything apart from footy and sport in general. Leave politics to the corrupt money grubbing politicians of all parties.
