Bracewell’s third stint was a pale shadow of the others especially the firstPop Robson and Paul Bracewell both had 3 stints each with us and I don’t recall any complaints.

I meant him as a player like . He was the best young midfielder in the country in his first spell and could barely walk the year we got relegated

At the moment we have a few Falsies in our attacking positions,which is why we will need our low block.Think the lads from the valleys at Rorkes Drift or the brave Texans and Tennesseans at the Alamo.Still have hope that our owners will shock in the transfer window enough to take the game to the opposition at times ,if not HAWAY THE LOW BLOCK

Are the club (KLD / Speakman) actually arsed about bringing him back?
Or are there better options out there for someone who can sit in front of the back four?? Other issue is Regis sees that as Neil’s role as a number 6 (we’re likely to offer Neil a new contract, so he’ll want to be a shoe in for a place in midfield)
Based on that I’m not sure this will actually happen unless they can guarantee a place in the first eleven for Hendo.

As he'd be pretty much instantly our best player I don't think there's much chance of him not getting a game

Really, even this stage in his career? I’ve not watched much of the Saudi, Dutch league or England games recently.
I’m not convinced that he’d play a bigger role than the likes of Ballard, Hume, Neil, Le Fee, Mundle or Mayenda next season for a start.
I’m not an expert either on who’s better in European football than a 34/35 year old Henderson. Would he start every week for many other PL teams??

Henderson is a current England international. How many of our players are anywhere near that level?
With the greatest of respects playing for Northern Ireland is at least a couple of levels below England.

Just because someone plays for a certain international team doesn’t make them a better player or fit for a club side.
I’m not against bringing Hendo back, but it shouldn’t be at the detriment of other player development. Thankfully I don’t see Speakman prioritising him as a signing either.
If he does, it shouldn’t be a guarantee of playing x amount of games but on merit at this stage of his career.
The detriment of other players? It's up to other players to better his level and take his place in the side.
I can't see it happening. He'd be the first name on the team sheet every week. That will help us compete and hopefully stay up. If playing other players give us less chance of staying up then I wouldn't play them. It's that simple.

Personally I find it staggering from a football perspective how anyone doesn’t believe Jordan Henderson wouldn’t be an exceptional signing for us. Apparently the England Manager believes he can play at International level but as he says his influence in the dressing room is even more important.
