Jordan Henderson (signed for Brentford)

The knowledge he could pass on to our young talent is huge. Dan Neil and co could learn a lot having a season playing with him. I imagine him doing his badges and getting on the coaching team too. Providing he's not on daft money, then it seems like a win win situation imo. Proven winner and leader. That's what we need.

People talk like he's ancient, he's only 34.

There's no doubt he's looked after himself, I see no reason why his ability/ fitness would have dropped off significantly.

Surprised many seem open to him returning, everyone hated him when he took the blood money and went to Saudi. It does show though, we would be no different to the mags had we got the takeover they got, which let's be honest we all knew that anyway.

You rely on soundbites to support your argument when the evidence is staring you in the face.
But you have no evidence. Your whole post was opinion and guesswork

While it was disappointing that he went there after the things he had stood for previously it is in no way the same as your club being owned by the Saudi state so shut the fuck the up

I'm coming back round to this idea.

World class number 8 not so long ago.
35 in a few days mind .
The speed and strength of premier league players now has greatly improved since he played for Liverpool.
If he was playing with Bellingham I wouldn't mind as could really influence him and Bellingham has the strength and speed to go with Henderson
If we sell Bellingham and play hendo with Dan Neil and le fee , it's a really weak slow midfield.
If we get rid of Bellingham we need two really high quality , athletic 6' plus quick strong midfielders to play with le fee

Aye because both situations are exactly the same.

Yous threw a hissy fit and got over 100,000 signatures to force a takeover through to be owned by some of the most vile people on earth. Ah aye, then partied on the streets with tea towels on your heads when it went through …. ‘Cans’.

In all honesty Henderson lost a lot of credibility by going over there and was, and still is, a massive hypocrite, imo. But you can’t compare the situations at all you fat mag gonk.

Hendo is 35 next month, same age as Johnny Evans who has also been let go. Get them both in and why not try for Titus Bramble whilst you are at it.
