This all over......if he went for the money why didnt he stay for the money ? Was he so deluded about his position in the England squad that he thought he could play at any level and still be included ?
Whatever his reasoning its been a terrible year for him career wise .....he really needs to give a lot more thought with respect to his next career move, whatever that may be

Henderson has played in all the Europa league qualifying games, they got to the group stages which is a minimum requirement for Ajax but it took them 6 games and the 2nd longest penalty shootout in European history to get there. He seems to have been rested in the League. Personally I think the Ajax move was perfect for him it's just a shame he had to go via Saudi
