I still think people overlook his age and what he is already.
If he keeps improving he will be a Premiership player in 3-4 years.
Failing that he will always hold his own at this level in his career, which will be more than many in our squad.

Possibly mate but Rigg looks a better player by a million miles than Jobe.
 
One of them where it feels like it makes sense and ticks many boxes that we lack

Never a big fan of Henderson tbh. Sideways and backwards 99% of the time.
Never saw him dominate a game against decent international opposition.

77 appearances in the Championship at the age of 18 is a lot. He's probably being over exposed and played too often because of his name and since he was bought.

If he was from your own academy with no price tag and no name I highly doubt he'd be judged as harshly.

FA Cup winner
2x League cup winner

All for the team he captained.

Also 2020 England player of the year and 19/20 Liverpool player of the year.

Was definitely a top player and quite underrated.

I just don't see the fuss over him at all and said it before if his name was Jobe Smith he wouldn't play half as much.

He didn’t write the newspaper article … he posted about his road trip, which Iam sure he didn’t think was particularly heroic.
It’s a non story the media try to make into a story

To see how much influence Henderson had in a game suggest you try & re-watch England V Columbia 2018 World Cup
