Watching the documentary seems that mentally he was as brittle as his body was. Had some bad injuries and in his head the next one was always coming , kind of predicted his own downfall.

Busy and always wanted the ball and looked to try and do something. Swamped by a sea of shite last season.

If he played in a good team he woukd look good coming on fir the last 10 mins if they were 3-0 up.

It’s amazing how quickly some seem to have forgotten this, we were poor but wouldn’t have went down with a competent keeper.

You can tell he’s a talented player. He’s the kind of CM we’ve lacked for far too long. Wants the ball all the time and always wants to go forward, looking for that killer pass. Having said all that he’ll never amount to anything because his body won’t allow him to and he was an absolute waste of a loan last season.
