To add to this, most fans look back at Stefan Shwarz with high opinions, he managed an average of 25 games a season across 4 years. then managed an average of 15 a seaosn for us. It would be that kind of signing, but he would be superb business even at 100k+ pw
 
31 is barely prime for players who look after themselves. Get Xhaka on the phone to him! Gertuida was on £100k wasn't he? That's nowt these days
