Wait are we agreeing I thought you were laughing at Rey.

It's 24 percent since the start of 2016. Which in comparison to other top run scorers is awful

I'm laughing at anyone who thinks he's shite, and thinks if he doesn't win today's apparent lost cause that it confirms it.

When I said recent I meant last four or five innings. Not going back to 2016.

I also didn't realise if you aren't as good as the very best you are absolutely shite. And let's forget some of those play the majority of their cricket on flat dust bowls not bowler friendly pitches and conditions.

LOL

Oh he's not shite.Probably best batsman we've had this century. Knee jerk from Rey.

But he got 1 hundred and 9 half centuries for our tours to India and Australia. That was massive reason why we got spanked in both. Think Rajkot was the only ton and that was the roadiest road I've seen.

Our batting line up has been fragile in that time and we've needed him to be Smith kohli Williamson and hold our innings together more often than he has done.

If he wins it today from scoring a big century then likely his best ever innings.

Conversion rate is a stat that doesn't mean much. It does not mean he's awful. It means he's scored a lot of fifties, which means he's scored a lot of runs, which means he's a very good batsmen and we know that he's played roughly half his Tests in England where the ball moves about a lot, unlike the Aussies. We all know don't we that he's one of the best batsmen in the world and the best in England?

Look at his average, look at the total number of runs. He's very good.

Denly or Roy. Protect our best bat.

Malan for me. But yes, given the current mob. Its crackers how we have Root essentially opening at the moment.

Well he may not be shite. But that was monumentally shite.
