Would be out best striker, would have been a better buy than Rusyn (3 in 18 Vs 2 in 21 and is younger) in truth.

I would like to think we would have more ambition, but we likely don't. Would definitely be an upgrade on Burstow at least.

Decent young CAM or support striker, but he'd be in the way of Rigg (who's already looking just as affective) and Ekwah (who's not a centre midfielder).
 
I don't think we need anyone there. Priorities should be a proper striker who can lead the line and run in behind, a defensive mid with experience, a left winger (to replace Clarke) and perhaps a CB with some experience. Baring any other major outgoings that need replacing.

The rest have another year under their belts. If we can add some experience down the spine, we should be good imo.
 
Saying he will be good 10 playing off a 9.

Surely the 9 is the priority, we haven’t had one of them since Ross Stewart went down at Fulham
 
He’d score goals in the championship in a system that suits his style of play, we don’t play that way.
 
I’ll say the same thing as when we signed Defoe. Fine by me as long as it supplements a proper striker. He’d make our current attacking options stronger, but if we ended up seeing him as a lone striker again I might start punching myself in the face.
