Why not Dortmund? His brother played nearly 100 games for them before joining Real Madrid, did wonders for his career progression. With regard to Jobe to Dortmund rumours... what young player would look at them and think 'that's the club for me'. The people around Jobe appear very sensible and would not want him to be going into the crisis and upheaval that Dortmund are going through at the moment. That said, what do I know? If he is Germany bound, I'd be surprised if anyone in his circle will have looked at Dortmund and thought it a good option.
Dodds brother is at Dortmund- that's the same connection that brought him to usWhy not Dortmund? His brother played nearly 100 games for them before joining Real Madrid, did wonders for his career progression.
Because they're in a mess. Loads of players running down contracts, CEO stepping down, coach on the brink of being fired (Kehl doesn't want him) etc. Dortmund have a load of internal issues that have all come to a head at the same time. Dortmund, this summer, isn't a great option, to my mind. Next summer, it might be a great option, if they get their ducks in a line. Why not Dortmund? Dortmund for 40 million. I have told yous about ten times. It's doneWhere's he going Jasper and for how much
He should stay here anyway, the premier league is a better place for him to play but maybe the family had an agreement or deal already in place, that’s if what is doing the rounds is true and it’s deal done.Because they're in a mess. His family and advisors will have had each step carefully planned. I'd say after 2 years here a move is likely for his next stage of development.
Read somewhere Birmingham get £4.5 million of the transfer fee part of sell on clauseDortmund for 40 million. I have told yous about ten times. It's done
Had we not gone up, I’d have said German league would be a better career move right now than joining a premier league . Especially somewhere like Dortmund where he would also play in Europe. He should stay, guaranteed season of being a starter in the Prem is massive for a kid at his age.
Spot on.Anyone who watched that game yesterday can see Dan Niel will get destroyed week in week out in the prem
He’s been poor all season for me.

I think he should stay here, too, but, there are loads of places where he'd have the chance of European games and much bigger salaries. Unless Jobe is desperate to stay, the likelihood is that he'll be going, much though this saddens me.He should stay here anyway, the premier league is a better place for him to play but maybe the family had an agreement or deal already in place, that’s if what is doing the rounds is true and it’s deal done.
They won't have 3omill plusPretty sure he was kissing the badge in celebrations and signing along. Clearly loves the club but I think it’s been expected he’ll leave us for respectfully bigger things
We can’t offer Europe or not battling relegation next year. Would be nice to at least get a season in the PL with him even back on loan, seems to love the squad and such but might not be on the cards
All roads seem to point to Dortmund
In a way he’ll have more chance to flourish there rather than here and a better squad whereas the pressure will be more intense in the PL and really we are expecting to be battling to stay up
