Matthews too.Agreed. Dunne might make it possible.
Oviedo and O'Nien certainly look ideal for wingbacks.

Aye but what we need to know is did he have red or brown sauce on his rashers?
With the right players I think it could
Either one could be the attacking midfielder, probably not both together.Where would McGeady and Gooch fit into that system though?
Unless McGeady was used centrally with Gooch rested for a bit?
I'd like to see what O'nien can do in midfield. Maybe his tenacity could help? With the right players I think it could
I would have him in there somewhere, he's been great recently.I'd like to see what O'nien can do in midfield. Maybe his tenacity could help?
Gooch hasn't really being pulling up trees recently...Where would McGeady and Gooch fit into that system though?

Hope Baldwin drops out
He started well, had a dip but played pretty well yesterday. His distribution is poor, but he's a decent League One centre half.Been average all season
I like him, good stopper especially at this level. He started well, had a dip but played pretty well yesterday. His distribution is poor, but he's a decent League One centre half.
If and when we get promoted we'd need to replace him
His best game for a while. That he was excellent at the weekend mind.
Agree with this.He started well, had a dip but played pretty well yesterday. His distribution is poor, but he's a decent League One centre half.

Not for me like unless it's a 4-3-3Play three CB's
I think Baldwin when he simply needs to defend is decent enough but wish he wouldn’t get his fifa head on attempting cross field balls. I’m guessing mind they are told to get it switched etc often? But just don’t think majority of the time it’s needed. Mind at the same time if midfield don’t come and show for it the next option is to move the players about or essentially the opposition etcHe started well, had a dip but played pretty well yesterday. His passing was a lot better Saturday mind.I think Baldwin when he simply needs to defend is decent enough but wish he wouldn’t get his fifa head on attempting cross field balls. Watmore is not fit; bench at best if her recovers enough. But then at least Gooch had a pop at goal which deflected into Maguire's path for the goal.Team for Scunthorpe
McLaughlin
Matthews Flanagan Dunne James
Catts McGeogh
Watmore O’Nien McGeady
Maja
O’Nien’s grit and determination, along with runs into the box should help. Gooch needs a rest and hopefully it’ll give him a kick up the arse.
Power could also do with reminding that he isn’t irreplaceable and Baldwin could do with a rest.
Brown is the obvious choice. Red sauce is (to quote McGeady) embarrassing, for little girls, gimps!Aye but what we need to know is did he have red or brown sauce on his rashers?
