Jhon Lucumi - Transfer Rumour

He was at fault for both goals.

He was fifth choice last year. Three of the players ahead of him are still here, they’re just injured. He’s nowhere near being close to the solution we need.

You are right that centre backs take time to come to their prime. Could be a player there. I can’t see it, but I don’t rule it out. But he can’t be our solution this year, or we’re going straight back from where we came.

I’ve watched about 20 minutes of him and that’s all you need to see that he certainly isn’t f***ing slow, the other OP is a complete whopper.

How was he at fault for the second goal?
Tbh I dont agree he was at fault for the first but at least that one i can see what you mean, ballard flings himself at that.

Not sure a sell on clause would be that attractive for a player who’s 27. If he’s a success here it’s likely he’ll be in his 30s before leaving, in that time he may not be worth a great deal, so 10% isn’t much

I suspect they will want more cash in this deal and less bothered about future sell on fees

Unless they think we'll likely go back down, canny few would leave almost immediately you'd imagine

He was the deepest defender by a long way and should have been aware of all of their player's movements. He got caught ball watching and focused on the men near the ball, while their winger flew past Xhaka into acres of space. It's not a massive mistake or anything, but good defenders read the game better and would have moved over to cover the winger's run rather than watching the ball and players already with men on them or nearby.

Reading the last few pages he's a short, tall centre back who is quick but slow, dominant in the air but doesn't win many headers, and a good ball player but not great with his feet.

Class :D
That description is spot on! Are you Lucumis agent?
