My mate has just been sacked from his job as a clown in the circus for no reason whatsoever he’s taking them for funfair dismissal,
I myself walked out from my job in the helium factory i was letting no one talk to me in that tone

Oddly enough I worked in a helium factory 35 years ago and only for a matter of weeks.

But apparently they still speak very highly of me.

That legal thing was just a story by some journalist who showed that he has this option, nothing from him or the agent that they're considering it.
He won't use that option IMO, will have personal talks today with Bologna to inform them that he really wants to leave, probably threatening that he won't play again no matter what. We'll probably agree a deal with our next offer.
