Aye this feels like it was agent crack from the start. Why would it take days to find out he wants to play in Europe :lol:
 
Another demonstration of the difficulties the recruitment team will be facing this summer. We’ve got a healthy budget but they’ve got to still find the best calibre players willing to come just for the lure of premier league football at a club most bookies will still have as favourites for relegation.
 
Idk if im being too cynical but if the player wasnt interested in non european clubs, why would we make an offer and waste lots of time. Surely there has to be some confirmed interest - also a bologna based article. serious doubt
 
Makes sense like, if I was in Serie A team of the year, I'd be trying my best to avoid a relegation battle season after

We don’t know how much time it’s wasted. We may have offered, got knocked back and moved on days ago and this is just coming out now from the players side to drum up more interest
