The only La Liga clubs who can afford him, won't be after him.

Seems like he's holding on for better than us but nothing really seems to be forthcoming.

Wouldn't be surprised if he gets to the end of the window and we're his best option in terms of money and league, but I'd also hope we'd have long moved on to other targets before it gets to that stage.
