Jason Gillespie

But But he was there during racism allegations. No one will touch him with barge pole

Yes they will

Kane Williamson was in that dressing room for 2 years

So was Finch. He just won a World Cup.

Will nobody touch him?

Plunkett, Root etc

Talking out your arse.
Give him the job. If he wants it, it’s his. It should’ve been his the last time.

Not convinced but not the worst shout

I want pointing, might be totally unrealistic though

There’s no coaches in county cricket id appoint

I’d give Baylis back the white ball stuff and have specialist red ball

So was Joe Root and Jonny Bairstow. I’m fairly confident Dizzy had nothing to do with the institutional racism at Yorkshire.

I wouldn’t be against separate coaches for white and red ball.

It's been a disaster like but more down to preparation than anythjng else. Must admit the Aussies seem to have a desire to win compared to us even it makes them come across as unpleasant.

I'd like to have seen the general passion of Broad and Sir Jimmy throughout the team. Gutted like , a Cook style opener paired with a peak Trott and a Lyon quality spinner and we'd compete with this Aussie team

I think Baylis did well as test coach looking back now, he at least developed a style that won us games
Relative to this year he was fantastic. But he precided over four of our eight year decline in test batting. He had Alex Hales, Jason Roy and Moeen Ali opening the batting!

White ball though, best in the world. Turned 2015 WC laughing stock into 2019 winners.

You can’t solely blame him for that really, his point being the talent wasn’t there. I didn’t mind him trying things.

Nobody has found a top3 but he had the middle order firing for a lot of his time

Now that’s completely gone too

I’d love him back as white ball coach he’d probs have stayed for that I reckon
