Bit of a strange move for him, you'd think he'd want to get back into management. I suppose his reputation isn't great after the dull brand of football at us, Hibs and Dundee.
 
Would have got us promoted at first time of asking had we not replaced Maja with Grigg. Can't really blame him for going to our rivals, we did sack him after all.
 
Never forget when asked about the youth teams on a podcast and he said they don’t have to play the same or similar tactics to the first team and they’re not necessarily in the academy with the aim of being in the first team

I was shocked at such a short term view, surely it’s basics now to prepare the younger players to fit into your style of play (a 1-1 draw).
