Some of the abuse on here when his pre contract signing broke was abhorrent, as was the slagging off of his family and his housemetown.

I like Sadiki but he's no Kante who was a breaker up of play and his assist stats were pretty good and he could pass as well and shoot. Compared to Kante, Sadiki shoots like a twelve year old and his passing and assisting stats aren't great. He's good at what he does well, breaking up play otherwise he's a one trick pony. We may still get decent money for him which I'd invest in someone who can break up play and be creative too even if he cots more. You think we could replace Sadiki for sensible money? And whilst Diarra has not had the best of seasons, it has been interupted by injury and the Afcon Cup, I suspect that if he stays we may see a much improved player next season.

If we sold both Sadiki and Diarra I think we could sign better. They got us through this first difficult season but neither have a goal in them. Unacceptable when the midfield anchor is Xhaka.I like Sadiki but he's no Kante who was a breaker up of play and his assist stats were pretty good and he could pass as well and shoot. I think both have played their part this season but Diarra has disappointed me a little, whether his injury is to blame or not I don't know but if Leeds still want him and Sadiki I'd sell in a heartbeat. If we sold both Sadiki and Diarra I think we could sign better. Sometimes they go backwards it's not nailed on at all that he'll turn into Kante mk2. I think their may be players of a similar age that may have more to their game. The more players you have that can score and assist the better the team will be. Sadiki never looks like scoring. It isn't my decision, they won't be asking my opinion. The powers that be will decide who stays and who goes.Compared to Kante, an exceptional player, many aren't as good.
Kante was 24 years old at Leicester and 25 when he moved to Chelsea.
Sadiki is 21 years old, plenty of time to develop and expand his game, especially with someone like Xhaka alongside him to learn from.
Can see ipswich selling him to raise some funds , basically get their money back if they can

I can only go on what I see and the same applies to Diarra, neither will be prolific based on what I've seen but if they aren't sold they may find themselves as finishers next season unless they improve. Now who would oust them as starters I've no idea I'll leave the scouting to Ghisolphi.Which players - that we can afford - of Sadiki's age have more to their game and will score goals?
You use Kante as a ( very high ) benchmark, yet the same Kante has scored a total of 29 goals in 14 years.... and 8 of those were in the toy town Saudi league.
I'm pretty confident that RLB and co.knew what they were doing when they bought the lad, and have more faith in him than those who want to write him off after one season, part of which was disrupted by AFCON.
As you said, they're the ones who will make the decisions, and I'm sure we'll be seeing lots of Sadiki next season, and hopefully he'll continue to improve and play his part for us.

This type of player is so scarce, especially at an affordable level. I cant think of any that are currently good at doing bothsomeone who can break up play and be creative too even if he cots more.
Exactly, Caicedo is one of the best in PL at Sadiki's role and he averages 4 or 5 goals/assists combined per season. This type of player is so scarce, especially at an affordable level. I cant think of any that are currently good at doing both
My thoughts exactly.
