Jack Clarke

Apart from 1 run when he should've got a pen, he was average...overall poor defensively, was criticised by the commentators for his lack of work rate in defence...half hearted attempt to block the cross for Evertons 1st goal.
 

I'd love for him to have joined Ipswich, hit the ground running and played an absolute blinder.

Unfortunately, it looks like it's not working out for him, but it is early days, and he'll have learnt a lot from his time at Spurs to dig in and keep trying. It will come off, he is a great player.

I always said he's not going to have much of an impact at premier league level. He struggled in plenty of games for us in the championship, with him going missing in quite a few games. Still he had to try and get a big contract once in his career. I think they took a punt on him when nobody else would because they knew the odds were they'd get relegated, then they'd have one of the championships best goalscorers to take them straight back up.

What a load of shite. He’s a good player in a shit team, simple as that.

he wasn't an instant success here either. i also hope the lad does well, i can't recall him ever just going through the motions sort of thing even though his head must've been turned by a move to a pl club. always looked as though he was willing to graft.

People are weird on here. Absolutely desperate for him to fail seemingly

Saying he should have stayed and got a better move next year. How would he have got a better move next year when they’re all claiming he’s not good enough 😂😂
