Jack Clarke


Strange buy for Ipswich. They don’t play to his strengths. I don’t know what his options were but Ipswich was never a good move for football. For money and the exposure I can’t knock him for that.

Watched them against Villa the other week and it looked like Delap was picking the ball up wider from the left and driving into the box with it and when he did Clarke was having to tuck inside.

Delap has been getting the goals like so obviously works for him, but it's not Clarke playing to his own strengths.
