Living in this far flung corner of the empire I've not long finished viewing BBC Look East's sports report on the illustrious Ipswich Town. We had 3 minutes discussing their game tomorrow, then 10 minutes on the women's team and their efforts to get into the second tier. Interviews with the team manager, coach and captain and a clip of them winning 5 - 0 last season.

Personally think he’s just jumped at the first opportunity of the premier league. Not much thought gone into it by him. Just “premier league, money, aye go on then”. We’ll be alright without him. I prefer Roberts anyways.

I liked clarke and what he brought to the team but he wasnt as amazing as was made out. He looked good in a sea of shite last season

More players like roberts in the team and we'll be fine. Poveda should be a good fit for the team. Hooefully thw other new guys aswell

Why does anyone think that clip of him getting his Barnet trimmed is today? Blokes potentially at the other end of the country getting a medical but he’s just nipped out for a haircut?
