Somerville has left for big money too, they are short of strikers. I hope it doesn’t happen, but it wouldn’t surprise me in the least if Leeds make a move.
 

I reckon they may think they could better value by going for Manuel Benson.

I doubt his price would be as high as we want for Clarke. Reckon it would be easier to do a deal as well benson isn’t making the team at burnley clarke is our star man.

Also if they’ve let Ruitter go they need a striker

Im still expecting Clarke to leave tbh but surprised it hasn’t happened yet and it worries me it gets later and later in the window and we can’t get deals done or make a couple of panic signings.
 
I can’t see there being much interest at 25 million we want only the newly promoted teams and maybe the likes of Brentford or Palace would be interested so would not be shocked if he remains here.
 
Leeds still have Gnonto for the left wing, if he leaves as well then they will have more than enough money to buy Clarke. I'm not gonna worry about it like, hasn't even really been linked.

Maybe the club have insisted if Harte is asked the question he says no under any circumstances, until the club are ready to announce it themselves.

I would agree with point one if hasn’t came from multiple different people on here who have different sources.

Of course it may feed down from the same person
 
So 40m for Rutter. 7 goals in 57 games, then Clarke is worth at least this surely.

They’ll want to do an interview with him, then there’s editing the footage and all of that carry on. Both skunk hater and di canio’s knees have been spot on in the past, I’m definitely trusting their word over Copley like.

Can't afford it. They were struggling to get things in order last season and I doubt that's improved much this season even after a few sales unless they go for it. They won't be spending 20m fees.
