I thought it was 20m plus add ons. Now finding out it’s 15m plus add ons which could take it to 15m. I thought we would have got a bit more tbh
 
It's shit, he's our best player comfortably and I don't think you can even get a like-for-like replacement.

But maybe you can strengthen in the aggregate.

At the end of the day, we all knew that he would leave if "the valuation" was met.

The most disappointing thing for me is that we managed to hold onto him last season but pretty much gave up on the season halfway through.

As it is, we have to move on and deal with it as best we can.

Maybe he will. But he’ll have a lengthier and more sizeable contract and be safe in the knowledge that the club he’s signed for are genuinely ambitious. And if he backs his ability, does well and Ipswich still go down, he’ll have other premier league suitors.

Don’t blame the player at all here.
 
If this is true and its 15 million rising to 20 million , then this ownership has failed the fans, the fans that pay for the strips, seasons tickets and travel to the games,tickets when they can , there hard earned money through grafting, to watch exciting players like Jack Clarke with the hope to get us back to the premier league only for them to sell him for a pittance of what he’s really worth a 25 million player rising to 30 million, Leeds Summerville Rutter and 25 million and 40 million respectively , Jack Clarke is worth way more to us that that and oh remember we have to give like 20/30% to spurs.
 
if we deliver before the window shuts, we have to accept its part of the process

however there are lingering doubts becuase we actuaslly need to buy ready to go potential

i dont neccesarily mean on the left either, we have to inject cash into a striker now
