Ivan Toney

He’ll get more goals than Jesus 100%
He gets 20+ for Brentford
He is Brentford's main man. Won't be that at Arsenal. Wouldn't take penalties. They need a 20 goal (open play) striker is they are going to really challenge City. He is good. He isn't that good.
Chelsea not buying a striker is simply amazing. He would certainly be a good addition there, or Spurs.

10 of which are normally penalties doesn’t score much from open play

For £60m be wanting better than Toney who is a good player just not a top 4 level striker
Penalties count for the same amount as normal goals last time I checked. Add in he's up there with the best takers in the league as well.

6 goals out of 20 last season were penalties
6 out of 12 the season before

I'd say he's an upgrade on Jesus personally.

£60m doesn't buy you what it used to either.

Arsenal can't even decide who their penalty taker is this season, they've had 3 different players on them already

You'd be hard pressed to argue any of them are better than him either.

Toney is more of a what Darren Bent was level striker good fit for Brentford like Bent was here think he’d flop elsewhere (Sky Big 6 club)

Of course penalties count but he’s not a striker a top 4 chasing side should be signing
