I think he was clearly told at half time to get amongst it.

Baldwin won absolutely everything first half. Then first few challenges after half time, Toney lead with his arms.

Thing is, if it's a Sunderland player playing that physical then He'd probably see red or at least his card marked at the first attempt, its blatantly obvious that refs won't let our big club play that way.

Fuck that mag twat , Maja is the boyo with 8 goals and top scorer , and he bagged is first goal the night

Would be ideal for us
Totally agree, thought he was excellent. That said, Sinclair played very well tonight and gives us far more presence up front than Maja. Sinclair could really do some damage in this division and solves a problem regarding him and not Maja upfront - Maja in the no.10 role.

Totally disagree. Unlike Maja he gave their strikers something to think about. I thought he played well all game. I would say goal aside Maja was pretty awful but that is standard and you simply have to play him but Sinclair was a real positive for tonight.
You mean he ran about? If so i agree.

So what. We need some of that physical play. It's that simple. We are a soft touch. Lash out instead of showing game management and work plays.

f***ing frustrating
When we went two one up ...we should have slowed game right down by using two substitutions in succession to stop any momentum building for pbro ..and to get fresh legs on .....same when our centre back went off with concussion. We should have took longer when maja got chopped (instead he got straight back up while we were down to ten men)..we we are very naive sometimes.

He challenged the defenders, he could fight for the ball and hold it up. He did far, far more than Maja can do outside the box. Maja comes alive in the box as he showed tonight. The rest of his game is a problem for the team. Sinclair certainly gave the defenders something to think about. I liked him tonight and think he's going to do well for us. Fair enough you didn't see but that was certainly the consensus around us

Got to play them together

The consensus around was that he was running around like a bull in a china shop. He tried. Great goal aswell but i definitely dont think he had a good game

Hopefully will get better
