It’s because the man spent over 60m and left us lower than when he joined. Has put us back 5 years, and we’re now struggling with money issues because of it. Quite simple.

Every signing, bar one, that he made a profit on was here before he joined. So that removes the counter argument “oh but he made you money too”.

I actually like Ipswich, a lot of good bonds when you helped us in 1982. Our criticism of MA has been fairly specific and comes with genuine concern for your club. We’ve been met with a lot of “bitter”, “window licker” nonsense though.
I’m obviously not going to call you a window licker. That’s way OTT. Do think your fans have been bitter though.

We got beat by Barrow the other day and about a thousand Bristol City fans were celebrating on the timeline as if yous had won the game yourselves. Was the epitomy of bitterness really.

Asides from this stuff, I don’t mind Bristol City either. Though the day we played you in the snow a few seasons back in March time was the coldest I’ve ever been in my life and that’s my main memory of the fixture. Couldn’t even tell you the score but it felt like it was -10 in the air.

Doesn’t quite make it less embarrassing really. Ashton is now our problem, albeit whether it’s a good problem to have or not is still early days.

You should just be glad to not have Marcus Evans otherwise you’ll be watching Ashton Gate fall to pieces with mould, weeds, broken seats.

Yeah Twitter is a write off. I have no excuse for the Twitter users other than they’re probably mostly 13 year olds.

I think what’s made it worse is the initial reaction to our genuine warning to your fans. I can only speak for myself but I initially messaged with genuine concerns for your club, to be met with “I’m bitter” etc etc.

I’d assume some other fans have taken that the wrong way and now take pleasure in being ‘proven right’.

I do really dislike Ashton, a lot, and will take great pleasure in seeing his demise. I won’t lie or hide away from that fact.

Unfortunately, I think in a few years time you’ll agree.

Normally Town fans would applaud situations like that and not just injuries. I can still remember when Billy Sharp scored against us not long after his son died and the Town fans chanted his sons name.

I honestly think this time booing started because we’ve seen so many clubs fake injuries this season to waste time it’s unreal. When it was clear Dajaku was eventually going off, majority of the booing stopped so can’t have been the whole ground as it wasn’t at my end of the ground. Those by the away end are ‘new’ fans that aren’t normally there before the cheap tickets so I wouldn’t base the poor view on the whole fan base.
I can understand that, so many clubs use shithouse tactics in this league i cant wait to get out of it.
Pretending to be injured. Wycombe were by far the worst.
We do have a couple of players now like that im dissapointed to say, but we wouldnt want to timewaste while drawing. We go into every game wanting to win.

I come in peace. Fair play to you lot today, best fans we’ve had at PR all season.

But who was that tool in the red Xmas jumper sitting in the lower tier chatting to the steward for the whole second half? He was giving it the biginn but then couldn’t take any of the stick back. Then stormed out like a little baby haha. Total embarrassment. If ya on here drop a message under this.

Good support from yous though and a draw was a fair result.

Draw was a fair result. Youse were the better team first half, we were the better team second half.

I think it proves we are a big club when youse sell out PR for us visiting. Thought your crowd were good first half but poor second half. Not a peep really.

Btw can we have Sone Aluko? Best player on the pitch yesterday.

When I heard the views from the Bristol City fans and also his prior clubs, I have been concerned but whenever I’ve had bad views on players and staff at Town, they’ve often gone and done better than us so I’ve wanted to be patient. He has improved and tidied the simple parts of the club that Evans let fall apart like certain areas of the stadium but at the end of the day it’s on the pitch that counts.

Supposedly Marcus Evans is interested in Huddersfield. If true and he does buy them, it’ll be interesting to see if Town fans end up doing the same to them on Twitter etc as your lot have to us.

I come in peace, then proceeds to be a dick. Don't you have a field to plow and a pig to fuck?

The incident in the first half when Gooch got hit in the face was a red and that tackle on Dajaku could've easily been a red. We seemed to pick up yellows for very soft fouls but Ipswich left something in every tackle and got I think one booking?

Anyway 4 points from the "league one galácticos".
Plow? Are you in the USA?
