He treat them like kids, showed them no respect, hung them out to dry when they made a mistake. His management skills are non existence. The bloke is a f***ing crackerjack gob shite and we are well rid of the fucker
Is that a speech from scene four of twelve o'clock high staring Gregory peck?
What pdc was doing might have been straight out of any leadership handbook

True but did people really expect the likes of Johnson and Cattermole to be up for that kind of regime? Do people really expect 32 year old John O'Shea and 33 year old Wes Brown, who have both won everything in the game, to be up for that kind of regime?
JoS is meant to be a consummate professional so if he didn't agree with the regime or methods, he should have just done his job like he is paid to do. When Brown plays more than three games in a row without falling to f***ing bits then he can have an opinion

He knows fuck all....the manager was the architect of his own downfall.....the man is a control freak and looked to control every aspect of professional sportsmen's lives. A blind man on a galloping horse could see this shit was doomed to failure. All the idiots on here who just want to see people with more money and talent than themselves punished just because they have shit lives and shit jobs themselves need to face up to the reality of life....
Nice new avatar :)

WHAT work regime, if they didnt want to work then they can fuck off. I cant believe some of our fans they are thick heeds. We all moaned about mon letting them get away with being unfit, deeing what they want, now we get people moaning that pdc had the training and following rules.

Part of me agrees with you but part of me thinks that if experienced pros like Brown and O'Shea couldn't work with him then there were big problems. It's not like we're winning games is it, 1 point from 5 which could easily be 1 from 8 if he'd stayed.
