Were you following on from another one of your own posts?

I am wondering if merging of multiple posts was causing there to be more than 3 images in the merged post.

I can't post images, using the icon which looks like a postcard, as I used to do, before the recent upgrade.
The icon appears but doesn't open, when I click on it.
Edit : I got it sorted.
