It’s an absolute shithole man!An all expenses trip to Haiti every couple of months, who can blame him
I've watched a few videos on it, what a mad and dangerous part of the world. I was surprised to learn it's next door to Dominican Republic which we thoroughly enjoyed when we wentNot my first choice of destination. Talk about a failed state.
Bellegarde from Wolves is their best playerWho else represents Haiti, anyone of note, or would he become their best player instantly?
Surprised?I've watched a few videos on it, what a mad and dangerous part of the world. I was surprised to learn it's next door to Dominican Republic which we thoroughly enjoyed when we went
Musnt back himself.Should have waited for the France call up imo![]()
Just didn't realise, I thought Dominican was its own little island. Nearly 20 years since we went and only recently after watching the video and seeing the little map.Surprised?
The 2 countries share the island of Hispaniola, it's basic common knowledge.
I looked into travelling to Hiati on a trip when we went to the Dominican about 3 years ago. Soon backed out when I realised what a shit storm the country had become unfortunately.
Looking at their last squad on Wiki, they look like mainly Ligue Un fringe players from unfashionable clubs (Sochaux, Nancy, Bastia, Angers), some MLS players, and Bellegarde from Wolves.Who else represents Haiti, anyone of note, or would he become their best player instantly?
He’s another Frenchmen isn’t he? Looks like Haiti are going down the Jack Charlton’s Ireland route of signing up players because the dogs cousins next door neighbours aunty is Haitian.Bellegarde from Wolves is their best player
They play their games in neutral grounds around the Caribbean, I believe. It's fuckin radge ower there these days innit? Surprised they've got time for a kick about.
I looked into the history of both countries when I was there. Basically the Dominican was under Spanish rule for years which allowed it to develop slowly and get a good, solid structure.Just didn't realise, I thought Dominican was its own little island. Nearly 20 years since we went and only recently after watching the video and seeing the little map.
Makes sense, 'cos the island's wild. They play their games in neutral grounds around the Caribbean, I believe.
