Imagine a team with an 8 year, billion quid head start boasting because it has taken 21 gameweeks to jump above their newly promoted rivals in the Premier League table

Add to that then that said newly promoted rivals beat them in the derby a few weeks ago

They really are desperate, shameless cretins.

Couldn't agree more. I enjoy seeing stuff like that. 4 years ago we were struggling to pay the bills in the 3rd tier and they had just been bought out by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The feeling was we may never be competing again with them on an equal footing. Now a huge victory is them getting above us in the league for the first time in 21 games after we have only had one transfer window since being the fourth best team in the championship.

Each to their own but I think Sixsmith is absolutely dreadful
He is king of the social media hook and plays the " I am not sure what I am doing with this social media" schtick while very clearly knowing exactly what he is doing. Utterly disingenuous which as you say makes his posts ( which could otherwise be interesting) dreadful to listen to.
