They love some vomit inducing, sycophancy in the red half of Scouseland.
2 year contract before leaving for Real Madrid on a free transfer
So much for his "I'm leaving Bournemouth because my wife hasn't adapted to the English lifestyle and weather."

More realistic Liverpool have been tapping him up since the worm turned for Slot.

Did he actually say that? Every report i seen said he wanted to stay in England.

Sure I'd read words to that effect when he announced he wasn't extending his contract at Bournemouth. Said his wife hated the weather and was wanting to return to Spain. Not long after he said he'd not be interested in taking the managers job at Athletic Bilbao because he didn't want to damage his legacy.

I never heard him say that, but even if he did, if Liverpool approach you, his wife is going to have to get used to it because you don't turn that down.

Bournemouth on a par with Bilbao for hours of sunshine and rainfall I'd imagine
