As this is the first post on the thread in nearly a month I'm guessing you're not the only one who feels this way.

It's on in the background in our house because there's not much else interesting on at 3pm (unless you like quiz, antique or property shows). But looking back with hindsight I think they might have been better options. I can't remember too many close games, but the essence of sport is the competitiveness. I wouldn't know if Mumbai beating Punjab was a shock result either therefore negating another reason to watch, the unpredictability. It's just ended up a cock-waving contest about who can hit the most sixes tbh.

Like a few others, I watched a bit of yesterdays final. Borefest is the best way to describe it, the match was done after 5 overs.

Tbf that can happen in any cricket match and I suppose any football match.

The play off final was a big let down too, sport is like that you get good and bad games
