IPL 2022 auction

some of the Saffers and Aussies who get deals is laughable
Hales unsold. Crazy when you think of some of the mediocre overseas players that have sold.

aye, I've said before but all teams are littered with aussie and saffer coaches and support staff

Just heard that and had to look up who he was  at last we've found a benefit of the hundred, the overseas coaches has helped some English players getting contracts
The madness of T20 and the IPL is that if he does get a couple of games and has a golden spell with the ball he could end up being a millionaire in the next auction.

Yeah, just need to be flavour of the month, have a couple of teams competing for you and you're set for life. Look at the contract Chris Morris got, not a bad player but bloody hell

Pretty much retired off the back of it straight after as well

Archer won't get paid if he doesn't play I don't think, but means when he can play MI have got him on a contract for next season a lot cheaper than a fully fit archer would have probably got

It’s probably worth them taking a hit this season if it means an attack of him and Bumrah for a few seasons after

Jason Roy has decided to pull out of this year's IPL to spend time with his family apparently after 3 years on the cricket treadmill.
A bit cynical but I wonder if it's actually. " Another cricket bubble sod that for 200 grand".

It absolutely is. He was expecting to go for big money, when he went for base price he pulled out (as he is compeltely entitled to).
