It is. Basically everything about ios12 is better. They knew they had issues with ios11 and they’ve probably been locked in a room by the chiefs until they sorted it all!
No app problems?
I usually wait a while to download the new iOS to give them time to sort bugs and app issues out.
None that I’ve noticed. There will be the odd one though of course from devs who have been hiding in a cave during the beta period.
The OS itself has been very stable for a good while now, just whack it on, you’ll be fine.
Dunno yet but mine overheats like mad.

Initially it was much worse - on an X - but it's fine now, as in back to normal. I haven't noticed any improvement from before, but it's early days and wasn't a problem anyway.
I think it must have been sorting its drawers out to start with.
