Investment in the stadium

In the East Stand there is a part where 2 pieces of the roof join together and it leaks quite badly on a rainy day. It runs all the way down from top row to bottom row, on a single seat number, and everyone in those seats just gets dripped on all game haha. It really should be fixed. I know its a small thing, but Id hate to be dropped on for 90 minutes after paying £30 for a ticket

It needs a massive clean.

Although just because it isn’t falling apart no reason not to see where we can upgrade. It was only yesterday we announced we have put planning permission to add the solar panels above the car park. There will be more ideas in the works.

“Falling apart in places” Jesus wept man! God knows how you would have coped at Roker Park!

Roker Park was a Frankenstein ground that was a century old by the time it was knocked down. Surely the purpose of moving into a modern stadium was to avoid having to go in anything like Roker Park again. After 25 years the stadium is tired and in need of TLC. How a club looks after its home is quite indicative of the overall club’s performance
