Infantino

The whole masquerade was gut wrenching, it was totally shameful from start to finish. I don’t think i’ve ever cringed so much in my life as i did watching that sh!t show.
It’s like the emperors new clothes story, they are all up there acting like no one can see who they are as they slap each other on the back and blow smoke up each others @rses, while we are all watching on bewildered by their behaviour.
I really struggle to recognise the world we live in these days.

Apologies if posted elsewhere- mods please delete if already posted

But… How the fuck is this sycophantic corrupt clown in charge of the worlds greatest sport?

I never thought I'd miss Blatter.

Yes he was corrupt as hell, but at least you got the feeling he at least gave a shit about football.

The only thing Infantino cares about is Infantino.

The fact that there was not a single noise from the audience at any stage says everything you need to know.

Yet England and Scotland fans will go to America in their droves instead of staying well clear and send the message to the orange pig and followers they deserve.
Of course they will.
What really is the alternative?
The World Cup happens every 4 years. Do you really think that Infantino or Trump give a shite if English and Scottish fans don’t go?
The tickets will be sold anyway….(ok…Saudi Arabia v Cape Verde might be a little sparse, but you catch my drift) Any England game will have big crowds and Scotland v Brazil will sell out without any travelling Jocks, and Scotland v Morocco will be supported with Scots and Moroccan emigrants.

What is more likely to effect the crowds will be the ridiculous ticket prices, rather than that disgrace of a draw last night.

Infantino will hopefully get his comeuppance….Trump is going to.

It was a thoroughly surreal experience!

Makes Sepp Blatter look like Serpico by comparison.
Blatter was quoted in the Telegraph as being against it-

"
“Football should not give the prize of peace. One day we should receive the prize of peace because we are working for peace. Now they are discussing it in Norway, especially, because the Nobel Prize is based in Norway. In Norway, they are looking [for] who is working for peace. But here they are not working for peace. They will create a new peace award in football.

“I think that’s wrong. Football should receive it from the existing organization. But this does not go into the heads of those that are directing the football. That’s a pity. That’s a pity.”
