There was a bloke who use to work
On the door in Slymcflys in the 90s (holmeside), had a ponytail (like minis), worked alone whereas all other pubs had 2 doormen or more , I got told couple of times that he was the hardest bloke in town , was always polite and never edgy , still see him out running and always says hello , no arrogance or owt
