No surprises with the team. Thought Onions may have pipped Bresnan given he bowls stump to stump and Bresnan won't be as effective on slow pitches; but expected Bresnan to play regardless.
 
Nick Knight would have gone with Panesar over Patel, with Bell opening and Bairstow at 5 Prior at 6.

Find it hard to disagree.
 
Pitch looks slow to say the least.

I would have looked to find a way to get Panesar in but Im not sold on Bairstow yet.

Easy to fit Panesar in, just drop Patel. 3 seamers and 2 spinners.
