India vs England - 4th ODI

didnt see it. how did scotty's bowling look?

Missed his first couple of overs when the commentators said he did ok (think his first ball was inside edged for 4). He was too short most of the time I saw, Kohli and Raina had no trouble reading him apart from one he ripped past Kohli's edge. He spun one across Raina that he let go and Raina just nodded as if to say "yup, I can read you" then hit the next ball through midwicket.

Bit of a baptism of fire in fairness being thrown in in India when they are all over us.

Probably the most pointless ODI series ever, far too much cricket.

Read about some guy in India saying that's why attendances are crap in the current series.

India hosted the World Cup, then had the IPL (70 odd games), then a tour to England, then the Champions League, they are currently hosting England, the West Indies are coming over straight after and then the Indian team are off to Australia.

That's a mental schedule given that most of the national team players are playing every game (box office). It's no wonder the likes of Sehwag and Tendulkar are knackered, they're going to kill the game through sheer greed.

almost as pointless as the one day series over here in the rain

But it's not though is it, India were over here on a tour, England have gone over there for a few dead rubbers at the end of the season, random and pointless.

On the contrary, England need as much experience as possible on playing on flat 300 one day wickets because all they get over here is damp green tops

Disagree, too much pointless cricket, the game is becoming saturated with dead rubbers like this series, people will start to lose interest.
