I'd say the Jekyll and Hyde nature of the WIndies batting line up made this game exciting. If it had been England, South Africa or any of the other sub-continent sides playing there I doubt the game would've panned out as it eventually did.It wasnt hindsight I told you what would happen on day two.
Too many on here are now clearly use to watching tests finish inside three days because of inclement weather and green wickets which encourage extravagent seam movement which provides a spectacle of sub standard quality
When faced with a 'flat' 5 day track people start bemoaning this fact, not appreciating that bat dominates on days 1-3 and bowlers come more into their own on days 4 and 5
A particularly poor thought out post from you there Dexter
All it would've taken was one or two decent innings and the game would have fizzled out as a draw. The pitch did deteriorate a little, but not the level of 134 all out.
