Fantastic result.

Very refreshing the way we went about the run chase. Knocking 50 odd off in 10 overs on that kind of pitch was very impressive (and very un England like).

Think we can safely say the pitch for the 3rd test will be much flatter.

Cook, Swann, Prior and Panesar would be the only names on my 3rd Test team at the moment. And probably Pietersen.

Edit: Anderson should be nailed on as well - can reverse it and is superb in the field.

You're probably right but they may decide to bring Bell back at the expense of Patel rather than Bairstow. With Monty and Swann bowling so well you could argue we don't need a 3rd spinner so might as well play a better batsman at 6.

Finn's taken 4 wickets for the England performance team, if he's fit he's got to play instead of Broad. Not bothered about the batting, Broad's a walking wicket as it is. If our top 8 aren't getting the runs we're in trouble anyway.

I agree with that and as I said earlier if they're worried about weakening the batting by dropping Broad, they could always drop Patel aswell and replace him with Bell or Morgan to even things up.
