Imagine being the Mags

Yeah, standard BS from him to appear intellectually superior. Yet he is that thick, he hasn't realised we clocked him from the off and many, including me, have called him out on it numerous times, to no avail. I personally like it when @Sima busts out his thesaurus and joins in.

Outré chaps, with a needless penchant for sesquipedalian words in a futile attempt to appear intelligent. Unfortunately for them, they have the antipodal effect and serve only to reinforce their true intellect as quotidian.

Pip pip.
:lol:Class

I think it would benefit the board if I didn't reply

Quite.

Newcastle fans are generally more positive and hopeful than they have been for several years.

Sunderland fans are generally more positive and hopeful than they have been for several years.

Which of these phrases seems to ring true?

Newcastle fans had to be relegated to find their true level

Sunderland fans know they are shit, but were good enough not to be relegated as the most expensive PL flops ever

Which of these phrases seems to ring true, Wurzle?

I don't, but people on this thread seem unwilling to acknowledge the obvious.
It seems the mags are quite happy to accept second best though, the truth being you're (I use that lightly) stumbling through the 2nd Division and are more than happy with that.

Sad non-attending Mag bastard spends his life on SAFC forum for some unfathomable reason!

That is the conclusion I first came to, but I wanted to believe you aren't that pathetic. Alas...
Oh he fuckin is!

Right in the feels. You two are rabidly smashing away at your keyboard.

They reckon they don't care that they have the most expensive squad ever in that league and are only first because Brighton :)lol:) had an off day. All they want is to be promoted (I would be fuming if we didn't romp it with their resources).
Yet and this is the bit that puzzles me, the seem to think they will be very competitive in the Premier League. The same Premier League that Beneathus failed to keep them in.

Amazing.

We have had far worse times, the mags have had far better times.

Does that help? Must be shite having beaten Barcelona about 20 years ago and now the rivals are Brighton?

I'm not beating up Sunderland, I'm arguing that the gap between mid table PL and top of the Chsmpionship isn't huge. Stop being so precious.

Not banging on mate just stating the fact that that the majority of newly promoted teams manage to bridge the imaginary 'huge gap' which you keep banging on about.
As for the 'tin pot' leagues a lot of us older ones had one of the best seasons in the 3rd flight.
To be fair I can understand younger supporters you've been force fed the PL slick marketing thinking it must have been shite., but it honestly wasn't.

Dangermows once told me that any player in the prem is world class because they play in the prem. Truth... i wouldnt bother trying to discuss with him.

Not at all. You are just a sad fucker. Seriously man, get a life.
Why spend your life somewhere where you aren't liked?

I suppose when I am responding to someone who follows a team where one supporter thought it wise to punch a horse, all bets are off, mind.

Sad, sad little man.

No, the difference is that we have genuine hope that things are going in the right direction. (No doubt this will be dashed by future events.)

'The right direction' started with your fat mess of a manaja taking you down, even though he had 10 games to play.

Mugs to a man! :lol::lol:

All fart and nee shite. When we sent them down and they spent an obscene amount on championship players we heard, they'll go unbeaten, they lost one or two and they disappeared, won a couple returned with promotion would be more than acceptable, lost a couple disappeared again, won a couple back to the top of the league and they return with mid table next season and then push for the top 4!

I really can't work out what they expect, strange breed of people.

In that thread where everyone is regaling tales of mags running away there is a mention of a Sunderland fan stabbing a horse

It's here btw #1027

How do you see things are going in the right direction? I see championship signings on long contracts and big wages struggling to make any serious impact in that league. You have made the same mistake we made after our last visit, experience tells me that isn't moving in the right direction, it's a short term fix with long term problems.

Either I'm always on here or I disappear when things aren't going so well. Make your mind up, man
