Starting to turn the corner Carlisle unlucky tonight and probably deserved something out of the game, be a difficult game

Definitely will be a tough one.
Woukd take a point. Can still see Carlisle staying up.
Good result, however they've played 2 or 3 games more than others below them so not out of the woods yet

Away to Carlisle on Saturday

Would always take the points mind.
We are now winning games and the confidence is definitely evident.

The points are all that matter, no-one ever got anything for having games in hand.

That's the game of the weekend for me, signs of saving themselves at Brunton need to start with that game, well every game really until it actually happens.
Carlisle or Morecambe aren't making up 13 points like
As it stands it's only five for Carlisle and six fo Morec to make up, 22nd place safety is currently their probable season target - as it is for everyone down there.

I was responding to the poster regarding Swindon. I think Swindon are fine with a 13 point gap .

Unreal tonight.
One of those games where you are glad the opposition got beat.
Whilst they came for a point they put some physical and late tackles in.
Hopefully signing an experienced keeper as we need one.

87mins playing against 10 men and 1-0 down.
Their keeper going down off the ball at every opportunity as well as a few defenders.
One simulating a head injury.
Not at our best first half but inspired substitutions once again won that game.

Once we got the equaliser, we just never stopped. Crowd behind the players and superb getting the winner and than moments later another red and a penalty that sealed the win.

Incredible transformation. The players love Holloway, no push over but installs passion and belief but above all has got them as a group.
Every substitute that comes on are changing the games.

Since going bottom of the League after being 4-0 down at Colchester at halftime we have pulled away from the relegation pack. Not out of it yet and need to keep going.

Makes the long trip to Carlisle Saturday something to look forward to and would take a point.
Great result last night mate 👍, Holloway seems to be working his magic on you lot atm....., would be a decent point up at Carlisle.

It’s amazing what a decent run can do, you’re now closer to the play offs than the relegation zone

We have now won 5 and drawn 1 of our last 6 home games.

Away from home won 1, drawn 2 and lost 2.

We were bottom of the League before this.
The simple factors of fitness, keeping it simple and having unity in the complete squad is paying dividends.
Nothing scientific but Warnock and Holloway old school experienced football management. His post match and pre match reports are a breath of fresh air.
Common sense, passion and enthusiasm and getting belief into the players.

It’s League Two football. This belief of trying to get every player and team to play like Man City and not deviating from that belief can have a negative impact.
It’s not like we have gone to a route one style it’s more about cutting out basic errors and playing to the strengths you have.
The biggest compliment I can pay Holloway is his man management. He treats the players like his own kids. Not always what they want to hear but he is truthful to them.
Understand they all love him as the “gaffer.”
Definitely getting a tune out of them whereby Kennedy all he kept going on about was possession stats, XP and daft analysis which half of them struggled with.

Finally we no longer require a translator as we all speak the same language now my luvver 🤣⚽🍺

I’d run through a wall for him as a player, I know I would, he’s my kind of bloke.

I reckon the Carlisle game has points available, they're up for grabs to the most resilient team.

A real tough game this one.
Carlisle need the win, long journey up etc.
A draw would clearly suit us more than Carlisle. Even more so after winning the last 2.
Carlisle have definitely improved the last 2 games and can see them coming out of the blocks and at us from the off.

I reckon Carlisle are on their way back down, running out of games now.

Feel for Morecambe with their ownership issues.
Apart from them every other team capable of winning a couple back to back and getting out of it.
Carlisle have almost brought in another team this window. It might take them some time to gel equally the quality might get them an immediate impact.
I believe Carlisle might just crawl out of this and if they do it starts after this weekend.

Morecambe are in serious trouble.
I watch most of their games when I can.
They had players lines up in this window and now they are on yet another embargo.
The had put in some impressive defensive performances nov early December but now are decimated.
They can not score.
There is only one relegation place left.
