Hume Hybrid Role


Thought he had a ok game got rinsed a couple of times but that Rayan looks a talent and he will do that to alot better full back’s than Hume. Playing a right footer at LB massively hinders our attacking play though but can’t blame Hume or Le Bris for that with injuries to Reinildo and Cirkin

I agree. He should never play on the left again, couple this with a very accomplished performance by Gertrude should be warming the bench when all fit.

Yeah, agreed, I think Rayan looks a very big prospect.
 
He’s obviously nowhere near as comfortable playing left back and at times it shows.

It’s not ideal but he stuck at it today
 
While he seemed to get done for pace a few times ultimately nothing much of note came from his side against Rayan who looks a great talent.
 
Thought he did OK today against a predominantly left footed winger who loves to cut inside for a pop. IMO Hume being right footed helped and the couple of times Rayan went outside on his weaker foot he failed to get crosses in.
